Students applies to their preferred program via online application as soon as the new intake or the registeration is opened for the student's desired program. The announcements are usually made via institute's social media outlets as well as institute's website. Students can also enquire about the upcoming courses by calling our office.
Afterwards the applicants and their applications are thoroughly scrutinized for their eligibility by our admission committee. Some applicants might need to do an additional written entrance exam or an interview to ascertain their eligibility.
If the applicant is eligible, his/her documents are verified and the student is accepted for the course depending upon the availability of seats. Students who earn the highest points in the review process will be granted the offer first. The accepted students will be given an offer letter.
The students who are not accepted are notified in writing as well.
The accepted student must notify the institute of their acceptance to our offer for their desired program. The admitted students must submit registration fees and any other fees they are obliged to pay in order to confirm their placement. Once the fees are paid the students are officially registered to the program.
Academic records will be generated for the student at the institute and student portal access and other services that the student may be eligible would be provided.
Upon successful registeration to the program, the students will be invited to an orientation session where they would be given all the neccessary information pertaining to that course by the course coordinators/HODs/Lecturers. Students also will get to ask any questions they might have regarding the program.
